This position reports to the Business Manager and Director of Human Resources located in the District Administration Offices.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates healthcare benefits for District employees
- Maintains updates and changes to employee healthcare benefits
- Processes new hire paperwork
- Completes Verifications of Employment and Domestic Relations paperwork
- Works with employees who are retiring
- Reports monthly statistics report to the Bureau of Labor & Statistics
- Assists with applicant administration
- Organizes professional daily substitute applications and prepares monthly list
- Assists in monitoring/troubleshooting online substitute service and online application system
- Supports administration of relationships with colleges and universities and student teacher placements
- Assist with communication to and support of district substitutes
- Performs clerical duties
- Acts as backup for Payroll Supervisor, Accounts Payable, Benefits, and Human Resources support staff as directed.
Must pass district administrative skills test when scheduled.
