This position reports to the Business Manager and Director of Human Resources located in the District Administration Offices.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates healthcare benefits for District employees and retirees
- Works with employees who are retiring
- Serves as main point of contact for retirees regarding benefits and insurance coverage
- Processes all retirement documentation
- Processes new hire benefits enrollment
- Reports monthly statistics report to the Bureau of Labor & Statistics
- Assists with new applicant administration
- Supports administration of relationships with colleges and universities
- Assists with communication to and support of district substitutes
- Performs clerical duties and data entry into personnel information system
- Acts as backup for Payroll Supervisor, Accounts Payable, Benefits, and Human Resources support staff as needed
Must pass district administrative skills test when scheduled.
