This is a permanent 12-month position effective immediately. 

• Will supervise district maintenance and custodial employees
• Works directly with outside contracted services
• Maintains a coordinated inventory control program
• Coordinates district preventive maintenance program
• Reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds

Supervisory experience preferred, Associate's degree in related field preferred; must have proficient technology skills and ability to read construction drawings.

 

Salary regionally competitive.
