Ten-month administrative assistant position located in Ryan Gloyer Middle School.

 

Primary responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting visitors to the main office – parents, guardians, and any other member of the school community.
• Managing student visitors to the main office and providing assistance and support as needed.
• Monitoring absence and substitute management for building employees.
• Performing clerical duties, maintaining office equipment, and providing co-worker assistance when needed.

Must pass District administrative assistant skills test (will be notified of test date):

• Works 207 Days - Allotment of sick and personal days
• Starting salary - $26,819
