This is a permanent 12-month position effective immediately.
- Will supervise district maintenance and custodial employees
- Works directly with outside contracted services
- Maintains a coordinated inventory control program
- Coordinates district preventive maintenance program
- Reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds
Supervisory experience preferred, Associate's degree in related field preferred; must have proficient technology skills and ability to read construction drawings.
Salary regionally competitive.
